Terms & Conditions – Builder Blitz

Promotional Period:

-12th May to 30th June 2025

Contribution Agreement:

-The promotion applies in conjunction with select builders participating Builders only and is subject to change at the developer’s discretion. The participating Builders: ABC Homes, Simonds, Sundancer and Sherridon Homes

-The Builder agrees to contribute either a $10,000 or $20,000 (inclusive of GST) discount OR $10,000 or $20,000 (inclusive of GST) worth of value to the Purchaser’s build Contract of Sale.

-The Vendor (TW Projects) agrees to contribute a $40,000 (inclusive of GST) settlement contribution, which will be paid to the Purchaser by way of adjustment in favour of the Purchaser at settlement. The purchaser must enter into a qualifying contract and must have complied with all the terms to be entitled to the rebate at settlement.

Deposit & Signing Timeline:

-The Purchaser is required to deposit with the Builder by June 30th 2025.

-For the Purchaser to be eligible for the $40,000 settlement contribution, they must have entered into a build Contract of Sale with the Builder prior to land settlement.

-For the Purchaser to be eligible for the $10,000 or $20,000 contribution from the Builder, they must have entered into a build Contract of Sale as per the Builder’s new home order form or what is agreed with by the Builder.

Eligibility Criteria:

-The Purchaser must meet all other eligibility requirements as set by the Vendor to be entitled to the promotion.

Liability:

-The Vendor will not be liable to cover the Builder’s contribution in the event the Builder fails to satisfy their end of the agreement or if the Builder or Purchaser terminates the build Contract of Sale following settlement of the land.
