Terms & Conditions 

  1. The Promotion runs from 12 November 2025 until # (’28 February 2026)
  2. The Summer Savings – Up to $40,000 promotion (“the Promotion”) is available exclusively on Stage 1 lots within the Driftwood Release at The Willows, Yarrawonga for contracts of sale entered into during the Promotion Period.
  3. The contract price will reflect the full list price of the lot, with the applicable rebate (as outlined below) which will be paid by the way of adjustment in favour of the purchaser at settlement.

  1. Eligibility for the rebate is subject to the purchaser fulfilling all contractual obligations, including (but not limited to) timely payment of the deposit and settlement within the agreed timeframe.
  2. This offer is valid for contracts signed on or before 28 February 2026, unless extended, varied, or withdrawn at the sole discretion of the developer.
  3. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, rebate, or promotion, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the developer.
  4. The developer reserves the right to amend or discontinue the Promotion at any time without notice.
  5. All amounts are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
  6. The following parties are excluded from being eligible from receiving the Promotion for the purposes of the Promotion:
    1. any agents acting on behalf of developer or related parties of developer;
    2. a party that has received any other incentive from developer; or
    3. purchasers that have previously entered into a contract to purchase a lot at The Willows, Yarrawonga.
  7. Only Promotion will be given by the developer in respect of any lot regardless of the number of purchasers entering to the contract.
  8. Any duties, taxes, levies or charges which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Promotion are the sole responsibility of the recipient thereof.
  9. In the event of any dispute as to eligibility for the Promotion will be determined by the developer and the developer’s decision will be final and binding.
  10. The developer may cancel or make changes to the Promotion at any time without notice. Such changes may include adding or withdrawing Eligible Lots or shortening or extending the Promotion Period.
